How I Work
While my work has been referred to as coaching, advisement, and consulting, I think of myself as a strategic partner. I bring my full experience, methodology, and attention to the work of helping you get clear on who you are, what you're building, and how to get there. The strategies we develop together are grounded in a genuine understanding of you as a whole person — not just the challenge in front of you.
Holistic wellness is the foundation of our work together, and I consider a high level of focus on it to be a prerequisite to partnering with people at a deeper level.
It is my belief that a person who knows who they are, what they want, and how to get there naturally develops the desire and the capacity to contribute something meaningful to the world. And I can help you get there.
My specialty is helping people build that foundation and create real strategies for high achievement across every dimension of life. Once that foundation is solid, the partnership deepens further, creating effective strategies to bring your purpose to life, and eventually into the occupational layer: investment, co-founding, and strategic work that only becomes possible once you know who you're working to become, who you're building for, and why it matters to you.

Co-Founder and Managing Member. Sondering is a community built around the belief that the most interesting lives are the ones lived on purpose.
Gateway Ranch
Co-Owner and Manager. Eighty acres of high desert outside Flagstaff, Arizona — surrounded by over 100 square miles of unobstructed views.
The Mosaic Gathering
An annual two-day camping event held at Gateway Ranch each May. Participants co-create the entire experience together.
Southwest Flow Festival
An annual celebration of movement, creativity, and connection held at Gateway Ranch each September.
Mindsai Gardens
Co-Founder and Angel Investor. A wellness-focused food hall and community hub in Cardiff, California.
